Our communications and IR policy

The Dellia communications and IR policy targets to provide a good dialogue with shareholders, potential investors, analysts, media and other participants in the financial market.

The policy is based on simultaneous access to equal, accurate, clear and relevant information. Dellia is committed to comply with the Oslo Børs Code of Practice for IR.

Earnings reporting

Dellia will publish annual and quarterly reports in accordance with a financial calendar updated yearly on the company website and the Euronext Oslo Børs website. The interim reports are generally published within 45 days after the end of the relevant quarter in accordance with stock exchange rules and the Oslo Børs Code of Practice for IR.

The quarterly reports will be distributed at 06:30 on the reporting day.

The company will host an open investor group presentation (e.g. lunch) on the reporting day, in addition to publishing a streamed presentation.

Investors, analysts and the media are encouraged to attend the quarterly lunch presentations.
